UPM II - Mechanical Assembly Chemical Plant

Within the UPM II chemical plant, on the one hand, we performed the assembly and welding of pipes ranging from DN15 to DN700, with a total of 11,790 inches of welding and 2.2 km of piping installed. On the other hand, we also assembled various equipment such as tanks, pumps, filters, heat exchangers, among others.

UPM II - Turbine Building Piping Location: Paso de los Toros, Uruguay
Year: 2021 - 2023
Within the turbine building, 623 tons of piping were installed with a total of 96,300 welded inches, reaching a length of 13 km of piping. Equipment was also installed for a total weight of 223 tons, including compressors, pumps, dryers, filters, silencers, sampling stations and hydraulic units, among others.
Montes del Plata - Piping Location: Colonia, Uruguay.
Year: 2013
Installation of carbon steel pipes (high alloy) for steam conduction (110barg @ 505ºC) to connect the boiler with the turbines.
