Assembly of pipes for the new UTE Combined Cycle Power Plant located in Punta del Tigre. Includes piping assembly in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel GRP, HDPE for a total of approximately 130,000 inches of weld. Includes NDT, paint, condensed steam pipe insulation and ice water.

UPM II - Mechanical Assembly Chemical Plant Location: Paso de los Toros, Uruguay

Within the UPM II chemical plant, on the one hand, we performed the assembly and welding of pipes ranging from DN15 to DN700, with a total of 11,790 inches of welding and 2.2 km of piping installed. On the other hand, we also assembled various equipment such as tanks, pumps, filters, heat exchangers, among others.
Montes del Plata - Steam piping assembly Location: Colonia, Uruguay
Year: 2013 - 2014
Assembly and welding of 101 tons of alloy carbon steel pipes, intended to transport steam from the boiler to the turbine. A total of 3,730 inches of welding was performed and 1,000 meters of pipe were installed.
